Pre-payment is required upon booking a service. You will be presented with the opportunity to leave gratuity in-store post-service.

All bookings must be completed online.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full reimbursement within 3-5 business days. Failure to respect this policy will result in no reimbursement.

Reschedule Policy: To apply your initial payment to a rescheduled service, kindly reschedule at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a second complete payment for the rescheduled service.
